One look at Audrina in a bikini will tell you that she works out regularly. To get this type of beautiful, tone fit body the most important thing is to take short intervals of cardiovascular intensity and layer it in with intervals of resistance training that create total muscle exhaustion.

Why does this work? Simple, when you go to bed at night and your body has experienced total muscle transformation you will transform your body into that super sexy, skinny, muscled look that you dream of. Here are some of the moves. It’s what works for Audrina and it can work for you too.

1st Cardio Interval - Skip rope for 5 minutes

1st Strength interval - Do lunges and lift your arms at the bottom of your lunge
  • Use a medicine ball to make it more challenging
  • Do one minute on each leg and then go back to your cardio burst

2nd Cardio Interval - Jump on a mini tramp for 5 minutes

2nd Strength interval - Do Push Ups
  • Make your body nice and straight
  • Elbows In
  • For extra resistance use free weights and lift up with a weight at the top of each push up
  • The goal is to fully exhaust your muscles

3rd Cardio Interval –Skip rope for 5 minutes

3rd Strength Interval -  Squat Thrusts
  • At the top of the squat lift your hands up over your head
  • Add a medicine ball for greater challenge
  • Use the TRX system for even greater challenge
  • Do for about 1 minute

By doing interval training like this Audrina can get those tight sexy abs, and long lean muscles. She can look strong without being bulky.

One other great trick that she uses is flexing her muscles before she goes to the beach or the pool. She does a quick series of squats and sit-ups to tighten up her muscles and to give her a rosy glow before the beach. Speaking of glow, she also dishes that she uses a little bit of Hawaiian Tropic Oil over her sunscreen to amp up the glow and define her muscles even more.
